This was my first experience with the Royalflora and was ordering flowers as part of a sympathy gesture for a relative. They had an easy website and ordering process, an excellent selection and a very good filtering method for the less than experienced with flowers. On the day of delivery, my selection was not available and I received a phone call to explain the situation, the substitution they recommended and a very personable response. I live far and ordered 2 arrangements to welcome my newest grand baby into the world. There was some confusion on one of the arrangements, but they very kindly and quickly fixed the situation.
