My wife is in Russia for work + small vacations, with our son, but this overlaps with our wedding 10 years anniversary, so we can't really celebrate together. Fast service, good prices and accurate description

I made an order to Vinnitsa while being in Canada. The delivery was done on time and very quickly. Thank you very much! I bet 10 out of 10 and a huge respect!)

I was not happy with the service at I wanna flower.I received a bouquet of flowers, balloons and a huge bear as a gift for February 14. The balloons and flowers were nice (and everything was on time), but the bear was full of holes(the holes were even on its face). I called the delivery service in my town and they agreed to exchange it. It was 2 weeks, but nothing changed. When I contacted the delivery again, I was told in a very rude way to wait, or they will change their mind at all. I contacted I wanna flower, sent them photos and screenshots of chat with delivery and asked for help. I was told to wait and a manager will contact me. Of course, no one contacted me (it is almost mid April!). When I wrote to I wanna flower again, they stopped replying to my messages. I think this is terrible customer service and I wish this company to reconsider their suppliers. Perhaps if you live in a big city, this situation will not happen, but if you are unlucky, don't count on I wanna flower.

The bouquet was simply stunning! I wanted to make a gift for my uncle's anniversary, but since I do not live in Ukraine, it was very difficult to organize this, the consultant was always there, fulfilled all my wishes in the best way, even to write a rather long wish on a postcard - they did not forget anything. My uncle was delighted, they also sent me a photo of him with a bouquet, which was very touching))
