This company has the worst service and the operator vlada is very rude. They don't deliver on time. Impolite with client and recipient. And the bouquet was delivered with an empty post card. I asked the order to be delivered at 2 the deliverd at 7:30 and they don't have an operator that speaks good english so she understands things the way she wants and that's funny for a web site that takes orders internationally. I am never using your services again
