This was my first experience with the Royalflora and was ordering flowers as part of a sympathy gesture for a relative. They had an easy website and ordering process, an excellent selection and a very good filtering method for the less than experienced with flowers. On the day of delivery, my selection was not available and I received a phone call to explain the situation, the substitution they recommended and a very personable response. The delivery arrived on time, intact and was very welcomely received. Will definitely use their services in the future. Many thanks!

I live far and ordered 2 arrangements to welcome my newest grand baby into the world. There was some confusion on one of the arrangements, but they very kindly and quickly fixed the situation. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful! I would like to mention Sophia as she was very helpful! Ordered late last night, had it delivered this morning. I had originally asked to pick up but they contacted me and offered delivery. I really appreciated it. She loved the arrangement as well so that’s a huge plus. Will definitely look to use them again.
